With the agreed 7 Bills on third formation of New Autonomous Regions, hopefully there would be no more regions being economically left behind as felt in the new autonomous regions in the border zones or remote islands marked by lack of infra-structures and poor accessibility.

Furthermore local government of the new autonomous regions were expected to prioritize developments which were directly related to efforts to improve people’s welfare and promotion of public service instead of extravagance and luxury. Developments were supposedly focused on infra-structure building and financing of activities supportive to acceleration of people’s equal welfare distribution. (SS)
