Share certificate and shareholder's registration

As required by old Company Law and restated by New Company Law No. 40 of 2007, all companies established in Indonesia should have share certificate and shareholders' register. Share certificate is the evidence of ownership for the shareholder of the company while shareholders' register is a register of shareholders contains at least every shareholder's name and address, detail information of the shares and also detail of pledge which have been crated over the shares, if any.
