The decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) related to the presidential election on securing President Susilo Bambang Yudhono has given certainty and political stability to business world and market shares. Kadin Chairman of the Standing Committee of Domestic Trade Bambang Soesatyo JK said that the decision has secured companies to take further business decision for new investment or business expansion. The decision has also given companies to continue their business plans.
Constitutional Court issued a verdict No.108-109/PHPU.B-VII/2009, dismissing allegations of electoral fraud filed by the losing candidates. The ruling shows there is no evidence of the alleged electoral fraud or other violations during the presidential election on July 25.
