The Directorate General of Tax reminded taxpayers that submission of
Annual Tax Report for Tax Subjects [WP] of Personal [OP] of Fiscal Year 2012 in
March 31 2013, in accordance with Article 3 paragraph [3] point b and c Law no
6 Year 1983 on General Stipulations and Taxation Procedures [KUP] which had
been last amended with Law no 16 year 2009 that the deadline for Annual Tax
Submission was three months after end of fiscal year.
That submission of Annual Tax Report of Fiscal Year 2012 might run
smoothly, the Tax Service Center [KPP] and the Office for Illumination Service
and tax Consultation [KP2KP] in all of Indonesia stayed open on Saturdays
[23/3] from 08.00 AM to 15.00 PM local time and extended business hours on
Thursday [28/3] until 20.00 local time.
Payment of left over tax due of PPh Article 29 for Tax Subjects of
Personal must be done on Thursday [28/3] because on Friday [29/3] was public
holiday, so bank perception and post office were closed.
Submission of Annual Tax Report PPh of Fiscal Year 2012, while it could
ne delivered directly to Tax Service Center or KP2KP or through Drop Box could
also be submitted by post office with receipt of letter delivery, expedition
services with receipt of letter and E-filing through Website Dir. Gen. of Tax www.tax.go.id.
