President asks ministers to stabilize prices of basic commodity

President Yudhoyono has asked cabinet ministers to make every effort to stabilize the prices of basic commodities and ensure their stocks. "The President considered the issue of basic commodities very crucial. There is no reason for us not to stabilize their prices and ensure their stocks," Coordinating Minister for the Economy Boediono said following a limited cabinet meeting at the presidential office.
