New procedures for submitting requests of visas and KITAS at the

The Directorate-General of Immigration has set by law that all requests for visas and permits should be attached with copies of the company documents which are legalized by a Notary. This means that all copies of documents needed to obtain a Multiple Entry Business Visa or Long Stay Visa should be legalized by the Notary.
The documents which are usually submitted are:
- Articles of Association
- NPWP (Tax ID number)
- SIUP / SPT BKPM (Trading License)
- Domicile Letter
- Company Compulsory Report Law no.7 Year 1981
- TDP (Company Registration)
- Company Bio Data
